‘The whole process was handled very well, there was a good amount of communication and the design process was smooth, I felt that our designer listened and took on board all our views. The actual renovation was also great, the builders were punctual and did their best to minimise the mess. There were some small issues that came up during the process, but the communication I had with the team meant that they were all sorted out quickly and satisfactorily.’
